There are 3 essential steps to having a healthy body. Starting with the fundamenetals:-
1)Resistance training💪 :- Resistance training means training your muscles to grow in strength and size by Lifting heavy weight or any heavy objects.

2)Rest🌌 :- After Resistance training your body requires minimum 8 hours of sleep to recover the muscles as well to grow them.

3)Healthy Diet🍐 :- Diet plays a very important role in having a good health. Make sure to eat healthy foods like vegetables and not to consume junk foods like:- sandwiches🍔,pizza🍕,etc.
Eat protein in each meal you consume everyday , because protein🍗 builds muscles.
