Most of the times , people want to gain weight just because they look very skinny and they want to look better and get their clothes fit them better. But most of the times they make mistake when they are willing to gain weight.πŸ˜‰

Here i am going to tell you , how to gain weight in a good way or a right way.

Look,weight could be anything,food,water,muscle,bodyfat,etc. weight could be anything.
so to look better you have to gain muscle mass instead of fat. And that's the big mistake most people do. They think that if you want to gain weight just eat more!but that's not true. It will take you to a healthy and ugly looking body.

The right way to gain weight is to eat healthy food and working out and getting getting proper sleep.you have to eat clean and healthy food instead of junk foods and fast foods.

don't decrease your calories intake, Make a proper diet with full of nutritious and healthy foods.
Eat some protein in every meal and decrease fat intake . Eat vegetables not junk foods.

Now what do i mean by junk food, Junk food means those foods which are good in taste but can damage your body, just like pizza,burger,fries,sandwiches,etc. They are called junk food because they are like Junk in nutrition.
Focus on your Diet and workout.

because when you focus on these two , you'll look a better personality and feel happy because when your body will be happy,your mind will be 10 times more happy.And you you'll become more confident. In short your life will be changed. Because when you eat healthy food and workout you will feel positive.Because scientifically , when we workout our brain releases happy hormone (cortisol) and you feel increased energy and you'll feel more positive about life.

By working out you look muscular among fat and skinny people around you. you will look special among averages.When you gain ,muscle your body shape will get better than most people around you and your clothes fit better.

So , that's  the right way to gain weight . Eat healthy , focus on your diet ,workout , and get proper sleep.
