Should you train your muscles till failure? (Pros and Cons of training till failure)

Are you confused that you should train your muscles till failure or not ? after reading this you will understand that what happens when you train till failure and also what happens if you don't train till failure.
scientifically, the muscle grows when they reach to a level when they are unable to lift weights and its muscle fiber are damaged , therefore you have to reach some kind of failure to grow. but you don't have to train your muscles till totally failure,you can train using sets and reps ,chose weight which is impossible to lift after the last expected rep.

Here are some Pros of training till failure:-

1)Maximum muscle tension and Growth :- training till failure leads to maximum muscle soreness and maximum damage to muscle fibers which leads to bigger and stronger muscle after its recovery.

2) Increased strength :- training till failure leads to bigger and stronger muscles , therefore your strength will be increased and you can lift more heavy weights than before.

3)Maximum Growth of Muscles:-  Training till failure leads to maximum muscle contraction and when the more damage your muscle take,the more the muscle fiber grows.

Here are some Cons of training till failure:-

1)Longer recovery time :- When you train till failure,your muscle cells are damaged the most,therefore it taker longer time to recover from its damage.

2)chances of injuries :- When you train till failure and your muscles are unable to lift heavy weights they give more tension to your bones and joints, which can leads to several injuries.

 3)Muscle Damage :- While lifting heavy weights there are chances to damage the muscle like "muscle breakdown" ,etc.

I think its better to train until 80-85% of failure , because its best for your muscles to grow and takes
less time to recover and recover to its full potential.
