Are you having this problem that you are doing extremely hard workouts and still not getting results! Here’s the reason why you are not getting Gains –


1)Over Training :–  

it may be the reason for your problem! if you’re doing extremely intense workouts but you are not giving your body enough rest , how can you think to have a good muscle gain ? Because your muscle grows while you are sleeping and giving them rest. 


2)Not Focusing on diet :- 

this is a most common mistake most beginners make that they don’t  focus on their diet , they only focus on eating more instead of focusing on eating healthy and nutritious foods. Make a proper diet plan and include all the important nutrition like- protein , fat , carbs , vitamins ,etc .include them in your diet and follow and good exercise and diet, and you’ll see a good progression.

3)Not being disciplined :-

most people quit exercising after doing a week or a month , they take rest after every week or every month , that’s what hold them back to achieve their gains to the fullest. If you feel you are not getting your workout effective? make a workout routine or workout splits. You can also follow other’s if you like to.


4)Not lifting enough heavy :-

To grow, muscles needs to be damaged and lifting heavy weights helps you to damage your muscles and build strong again. If you are not lifting enough heavy weights , then your muscle do not feel the enough damage and therefore your muscles are not growing.


5)Not having proper form :-

While doing workout , your Forms are more important than your Numbers of reps. Your muscles don’t care about reps, they only care about how they are contracted and gaining damages , and that’s what going to help your muscles.
