A lot people are confused about 'what is the Right Age to Join Gym and start lifting weights ?' You know there are a lot of myths about Lifting weights that Most people think that the right age to join a gym is after 18yrs and some people think that the right age is 15yrs.

But the truth is that there is no right age to start working out ! you can see that Most of the famous athletes like - John Cena ( WWE Superstar ) and Jeff Seid ( Fitness Model ) , They started lifting while they were Kids .

So i Suggest you That you can start lifting after 15 yrs old , Because you can start lifting when you are stronger enough to give your muscles external stress.
until you're 15yrs old ,You can Do Bodyweight exercises and Can also perform Calisthenics Exercises like - Pushups , Pullups , Squats , Crunches ,etc. Why i Suggest you to start lifting after you grow 15yrs old ? The reason why i suggest you to start lifting weights after 15yrs because when you Grow 15yrs old , Your Body is developed enough to take External weight's stress in your muscles.
What will happen if you Start lifting weights before you're 15yrs old ? The most viral myth of lifting weights is that ' If you lift weights under 15yrs , your Height growth will be Stopped '. This is not true ! but it can happen if you Don't Focus on your Formation while lifting . when you're a kid , the chances of injuries are higher . If you don't focus on your formation while lifting then there are chances that you can damage your 'Growth plate'. What is Growth Plate ? Growth plate is plate situated in the Ends and joints of your Bones which helps to Increase your height with the help of growth hormone . When you are a kid the production of growth hormone in your body is very high , that's why your Height Grows the fastest when you are a kid !
