Calisthenics is an art of using your own bodyweight against gravity by pulling or pushing to build muscles and strength.Calisthenics is an aerobic exercise which requires no fancy equipments but some basics like - pull-up bar,etc.

Calisthenics increases flexibility,muscle strength and overall control over your body.It helps you to lose fat and gaining muscle mass.

Push-ups,jumps,squats,pull-ups,chin-ups,etc. all are Calisthenics exercises.

Is it better than gym?


Calisthenics is a very old form of exercising and haven't changed yet. Gym has evolved so much until today. Nowadays Modern gyms have machines,which makes your workout more convenient.

If are a Very skinny guy or a very Fat guy,then you will find it hard to perform Calisthenic moves,whereas if you go to the gym you can make your workout a lot easier.

In both Calisthenics and Gym, You can train every muscle group in your body.

Going to Gym will increase your Strength. where, Calisthenics will increase your Strength as well as your Stamina and endurance.

3.Human flag. - It an exercise which is not familiar with most of the people because it requires so much strength and only few people will be able to do this. It targets every muscle group in your body. Human flag requires Advanced skills.

Calisthenics is fun, and requires very less to no equipments. if you are a healthy person and don't have any issue in your body and you like sports,then you should try Calisthenics.

If you are a very Fat person then you will find Calisthenics hard a first because it requires your Body to move more Compared to the gym.

Calisthenics is fun, but it also requires a lot more dedication compared to the gym. You will have to perform the same exercises time to time to get good at it. you should have a friend or trainer to help you to tell you how to perform correctly.

Calisthenics is lot more safer compared to the gym, but you should take care of your safety while doing Calisthenics.

If you do not perform it with proper form or try to perform advance level exercises, there will be chances that you can get yourself hurt.
